Weiss On election day, the wheels will be set in motion to suspend the U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights -- right here in the City of New York. Further below follows the text of the "Ballot Question" that the emotionally driven liberal and naive sheep of NYC will most likely pass by their vote on this Election Day. It is imperative that we get the word out regarding the New York City Charter change proposal on next weeks ballot. It will ban ownership of all firearms (except police) from within 1,000 feet of all schools. In high density areas such as this, everybody is within 1,000 feet of a school. That's three and one third (3-1/3) football fields in distance. Look at a map and take a walk around your neighborhood. How many schools will you find within that radius? Remember, the Charter change says "every school" and "any school." That would include public, private, and parochial day care, nursery, kindergarten, elementary, middle, high schools, and colleges. I'm 1,000 feet from four schools (not counting at least three "day care schools"). If it passes, honest citizens will become "ipso facto felons," or they will submit to confiscation to remain law abiding. WE MUST GET THE WORD OUT TO ALL PRO CIVIL RIGHTS / SECOND AMENDMENT REGISTERED VOTERS IN NEW YORK CITY! You know that if this infringement of the Bill of Rights is passed and judicial challenges fail, it is just a matter of time before it spreads to the state level and beyond -- like an infectious plague. I quote its relevant sections word for word below: ************* BALLOT QUESTION Proposal Recommended By The New York City Charter Revision Commission September 1, 1999 Question 1 -- Charter Change Should the changes to the City Charter, as proposed by the Charter revision Commission, be adopted? Among these changes are: * creating "gun free" school safety zones within 1000 feet of every school in the City, and requiring people purchasing or obtaining firearms to purchase or to obtain safety locks for all firearms and to use safety locks when storing all firearms; (There are six other proposed changes listed in addition to the one I quoted above). ABSTRACT These proposed amendments would revise the Carter of the City of New York as follows: Gun-Free School Safety Zones and Gun Safety-Locking Devices Currently, neither the Charter nor the Administrative Code prohibits gun possession near schools. This proposal would provide for the creation of "gun-free" school safety zones by making it illegal for individuals to possess of or discharge any weapon (including handguns, pistols, rifles, shotguns, assault weapons and machine guns) within 1,000 feet of any school in the City. Violators would be subject to criminal and civil penalties. This proposal would provide for certain exceptions and affirmative defenses. It would not apply to police or federal law enforcement officers. Currently, the Charter does not contain any gun safety lock requirements, but the Administrative Code provides that rifles and shotguns be sold with a safety-locking device that , if operative, would prevent individuals from pulling a weapon's trigger. This proposal would require that all weapons, including handguns and pistols, have safety-locking devices when they are purchased or obtained and that safety-locking devices be used at all times in storing all firearms. Violators would face criminal and civil penalties. ************* Please try the following web site hypertext links for the full text of the complete Ballot Question; Proposal Recommended By The New York City Charter Revision Commission, September 1, 1999: New York City's Official Web Site: NYC LINK - The Official New York City Web Site or, http://www.ci.nyc.ny.us/home.html I just found the proposal in PDF (portable document format) at this web page: http://www.ci.nyc.ny.us/html/charter/html/recommend.html Please spread the word like the night ride for liberty by Paul Revere. When the state is a third party to your marriage, they have the right to take your children away. Child Welfare Services, and other Health departments that take children out of the home, cite this authority. The children actually belong to the state, not to you. To get out of this, parents have to rescind their marriage license. If you want to know how to rescind your marriage license, query Richard McDonald who sent this little gem to me, and if you use his services, be sure to give him a generous donation. If you are contemplating marriage, don't ask the state. Your minister's signature on the marriage certificate, and posting your marriage date and some details in a public place makes it legal enough. DOWN WITH THE FASCIST NEW WORLD ORDER!!

Hi Folks,

I'll try to get right to the point here.

Ever since the "Justice" Department decided that the American People were the ENEMY OF THE STATE and decided to track Internet activity and email communications of private, law abiding citizens under the BOGUS excuse that anyone could at anytime be conducting criminal or terrorist activity on the Internet I have been curious as to how this tracking was taking place.

The first method that I found to look at the connections I was making via the Interent was with a little utility that comes with Microsoft Windows 98. The utility is called TRACERT. A friend of mine told me about that utility.

If you want to see how many connections you have to go through in order to get to YOUR ISP, do this: Shell out to the Dos command line and type the following:

TRACERT (YOUR ISP ADDRESS)

As an example, if earthlink.net was your ISP you would type the following:

TRACERT EARTHLINK.NET

The report you will get back will look something like this below:

While that report showed me that I had to actually go through various systems to get to my Earthlink ISP (on line 9) that information really didn't tell me WHERE those various other systems were located *OR* who was operating them. At the time that I was using the TRACERT utility I was quite curious about that 207.76.37.77 address which is shown on line #2.

Just the other day that same friend who had told me about TRACERT called me up and told me about another rather interesting program called VISUAL ROUTE.

What this program did, he said, was that it actually showed you, all the stops or "hops" along the Internet that your telephone connection makes as you log onto the Internet and connect to your ISP. It then can show you how many stops or "hops" your computer connection has made on the Internet as you go about your way browsing the World Wide Web with a web browser.

What this program did, which was rather interesting, It provide some additional information on WHERE those ISP connections were PHYSICALLY located.

The first time I used this program was after I had dialed into the Internet with my web browser. What I did was to log onto the Internet and connect up with Earthlink using my web browser. Then I stopped and loaded up Visual Route and typed in the "earthlink.net" address in the upper left hand corner where it asks for an ISP address. I then clicked the green arrow. The Visual Route program then showed me that IN ORDER TO GET TO MY ISP, Earthlink, I had to **FIRST** go through a whole number of systems INCLUDING a system located in Fairfax, Virginia.

You know what's in Virginia, don't you? That's where Langley Air Force Base is located. That where the Navy keeps major naval intelligence related facilities. Fairfax, Virginia is also where the FBI keeps one of their main national forensic offices.....including information on cyber terrorism! In addition, the CIA also maintains operations out of some offices in Virginia. Interesting, no?

So, just *WHY* do you suppose they are routing ISP connections through Fairfax, Virginia, eh? Well, this is only MY own personal opinion, but what it looks like is that it is *IN* FAIRFAX VIRGINIA that the FBI has set up the Internet monitoring computer system for the purpose of watching U.S. Citizens as they conduct their PRIVATE business affairs on the Internet.

Well, back to the Visual Route program... Are you curious to see if *YOU* are being FIRST routed to Fairfax, Virginia BEFORE being allowed to go anywhere else on the Internet? ( As you will learn later in this letter, not "ALL" U.S. citizens are being tracked like this via Fairfax Virginia.)

Ok then, the first thing you need to do is to download a shareware program called Visual Route.

Here's the url to the official download page of the Visual Route shareware program. The program is a tad over 2 megs in size:

Visual Route Download Page

After you download that program and install it, load it up the next time you are on-line on the Internet with your web browser.

Once the program is loaded up, type in your ISP web address in the upper left-hand corner like what is shown below in the screen captures. My Internet ISP address is earthlink.net. So, I entered "earthlink.net" in the slot up in the upper left hand corner.

After you enter your ISP address hit that little green arrow next to where you just entered your ISP web address and the Visual Route program will go out and log (list) all the locations (Computer systems) that you had to go through in order to get to your present destination.

What you will see on the Visual Route screen is a ton of information INCLUDING ISP addresses that you have been routed through in order to get to where you are on the Internet.. Look at the screen capture below.

After the program is finished logging in all the various connections you have made look over to the right under LOCATION.

Does your program list FAIRFAX VIRGINIA 22031?

DOWN WITH THE SOCIALISTS & FASCISTS!

Look at the screen captures below. I've posted three screen captures below. (1) One of the screen captures shows all the ISP systems I had been routed through in order to get onto the Internet. (2) The Second screen capture shows all the ISP computer systems I had to go through before getting to an AUSTRALIAN web site. (3) And the third screen capture shows information relating to all of the ISP systems I had been routed through in order to get to a web site located in England.

Please note that no matter where I went, after I ran the Visual Route program to see where I had been I ALWAYS found that I had FIRST been routed through FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA!

SO YOU WILL KNOW:

NOT ALL people ARE being routed through Fairfax, Virginia!
If you ARE NOT politically outspoken and/or if you have NOT publically voiced your disgust with the utterly corrupt and moral degenerate Administration in Washington D.C. then the chances are that you are *NOT* being routed THROUGH Fairfax, Virginia before gaining access to the Internet. Apparently ONLY THOSE who the government doesn't like are being watched and/or tracked.

I've talked to a good friend of mine who told me what he discovered after letting some of HIS friends know about the Visual Route program. He told me that he had talked to some folks who ARE NOT politically outspoken and who do not "advertise" their political beliefs. THOSE PEOPLE, who pretty much kept to themselves and who did not advertise their political opinions had also installed the Visual Route program and ran it.

THOSE PEOPLE...the people who have been quiet about their political beliefs WERE NOT ROUTED THROUGH FAIRFAX, VIRGINIA!!

Interesting, no?

Here's some screen snapshots I've made after I (1) connected to the Internet with my web browser, (2) after I went to an Australian News site, and (3) after I went to the Electronic Telegraph located in England. Notice that in all three situations after connecting to the Internet I'm being immediately routed to Fairfax, Virginia AND THEN on to my destination.

Welcome to the New American verson of the Russian KGB - THE FBI!
In the screen snapshot I logged onto the Internet with my web browser, then I loaded up Visual Route and plugged in the address of "earthlink.net" to see how many places I had been routed to BEFORE getting to the Earthlink.Net ISP site. Notice first stop is Fairfax, Virginia.
DOWN WITH THE SOCIALISTS & FASCISTS!
In the screen snapshot below you can see the information which was returned after I went to the Australian web site and entered THAT information into the "Host/URL" box in the upper left hand corner. Notice, first stop is Fairfax, Virginia.
DOWN WITH THE SOCIALISTS & FASCISTS!
In this last screen capture notice that after plugging in the information for the Electronic Telegraph website "http://www.telegraph.co.uk" that Visual Route showed all the connections which were made across the country. Also notice that FIRST STOP, at Fairfax, Virginia.
DOWN WITH THE SOCIALISTS & FASCISTS!
Go and get that program - Visual Route - install it and run it when you are on the Internet. See for yourself if you are being watched by the perverts back east who have nothing better to do with their time at their high paying jobs than to stick their sick, pathetic, noses into the private affairs of law abiding citizens of this country.

MOST ISPs are too cheap to give you one sender IP address, it is very unlikely you have the same IP address everytime you connect to the internet (I pay extra for this). Given that, the only way to identify you is in the content of your packets. Yes, bad people in fairfax may be doing that, but they are not controlling the direction your packets take, nor the vertical nor necessarily the horizontal. Send a letter of complaint to their Station Owner as per above, with copies as per above (1.b and 1.c). 3. Send copies of their replies to you along with yours to them to their FCC Public file, so that it gets nice and fat, again, with copies to the FCC itself. 4. If you can afford it, send all corespondence by Certified Mail with Return Receipt Requested. Send a copy of the Return Receipt with everything that goes to the FCC itself, so that they will have additional evidence if the Station is cheating on their Public File. 5.a. Go to the Public Library and look up "Standard Rate and Data Services" (SRDS) "Directory of National Advertisers." It is found in many major Libraries (in the business/reference stacks), and lists EVERY current advertiser, who the players are at both the company and advertising agency(s), and the appropriate telephone and fax (and probably E-Mail by now) addresses. If your Library doesn't have it, it can be requested. Otherwise you can watch their commercials for a few days to a week, listing all their advertisers. There are other references that have the addresses for the nation's business headquarters too. look them all up and pass the addresses and phone/FAX numbers etc., around so that everyone can bitch to the sponsors. IF enough people do that, it'll get back to the Station. Tell them if the Station continues their nastiness you'll _consider_ changing to brand(X), (otherwise they'll just write you off as a loss). 5.b. The above, (5.a.), can be a lot easier and less time consuming if you're dealing with a newspaper's or a magazine's ads, as they are right in front of you for the listing. 6. If they put on something good or even just more reasonable, call and compliment them on it, but do _not_ send any kudos to their FCC file, or write to them about it. That way they have to keep it up and hope, as there is nothing good in the file or in writing that they can show the FCC to justify their Station's License. 7. Eatontown, NJ 07724 Tel. 732-544-1483 email: aapfo@emailchoice.com INTRODUCTION: Speaking as an African-American, I depend upon our representatives in government and the African-American leaders in our communities to keep you and me informed of racism in all its forms. Because we live in Orwellian times, racism is more subtle today and is often disguised. Needless to say I was shocked when a co-worker (who is white by the way) handed me an essay titled "The Racist Roots of Gun Control" by Clayton E. Cramer. This essay covers the long history of gun control in America, and how it was originally used to keep African-Americans "in their place." Originally, gun control laws were never intended for whites. My question is: Why am I only learning of this now? How is it I never learned this in school? Where is Al Sharpton? Jesse Jackson? NAACP? Shouldn't they have brought this issue to light? When I first started making copies of this essay and passing them out I thought I would receive resistance from the Klan, Skin Heads, members of the Aryan Nation, etc. But I never heard from them. However, I have been contacted by representatives of the NAACP from several states telling me to "back off" in my attempts to make these facts known. Each call boils down to "...now is not the appropriate time..." Why not? At the present time, the NAACP has a lawsuit against a number of firearms manufacturers, claiming that they've flooded black communities with firearms. (Fact of the matter is the manufacturers have no control over where the firearms go -- that's determined by the dealers who order the firearms.) Revealing the historical facts concerning how gun control laws were racist in their beginnings would be counterproductive at this time, I'm told. If the NAACP goes through with their lawsuit at this time they can never, I repeat, never, bring up the issue of how Blacks have been discriminated against via racist gun laws in the future. How can the NAACP complain that Blacks in America have been historically denied the protection of the Second Amendment and at the same time sue firearms manufacturers for selling guns to Blacks? They can't have it both ways. Besides, if the NAACP does win the lawsuit, won't that make the cost of guns we need for self-defense unaffordable for some poor people who might need them the most? To add insult to injury, it's almost as though the NAACP is saying that none of us African-Americans can be trusted with firearms because the criminal element misuses them. Are we really so irresponsible that we let guns "flood" our neighborhoods, and then somehow let those guns jump up and cause crime? Rather than make that argument, why doesn't the NAACP go after the perpetrators of crime instead of gun manufacturers whose product is absolutely necessary for defense against racists and criminals? The purpose of this newsletter is to inform as many African-Americans as possible about the true motives behind gun control. "The Racist Roots of Gun Control" essay alerted me to the true nature of gun control in America. Read it for yourself and decide if our leaders and teachers have been keeping the truth from us. --Leonard Whitley The essay: "The Racist Roots of Gun Control" may be found at: http://gundebate.org/roots.htm =================================================== "All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness." --Article 1, Section 1, New Jersey State Constitution =================================================== ******************************************************************* A couple of times a week, on average, I forward messages that I consider to be worthwhile.
