Logan The IRS is not who you think they are. IRS agents are neither trained nor paid by the United Stated Government. Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 92, the IRS is trained under the direction of the Division of Human Resources (U.N.) and the Commissioner (INTERNATIONAL), by the office of Personnel Management. In the 1979 edition of 22 USCA 278, "The United nations," you will find Executive Order 10422. The Office of Personnel Management is under the direction of the Secretary of the United Nations. Pursuant to Treasury Delegation Order No. 91, the IRS entered into a "Service Agreement" with the US Treasury Department (See Public Law 94-564, Legislative History, pg. 5967, Reorganization (BANKRUPTCY!!!) Plan No. 26) and the Agency for International Development. This agency is an international paramilitary operation and, according to the Department of the Army Field manual (1969) 41-10, pgs 1-4, Sec. 1-7 (b) & 1-6. Sec. 1-10 (7) (c) (1), and 22 USCA 284, includes such activities as, "Assumption of full or partial executive, legislative, and judicial authority over a country or area." The IRS is also an agency/member of a 169 nation pact called the International Criminal Police Organization, or INTERPOL, found at 22 USCA 263a. The memorandum of Understanding, (MOU), between the Secretary of Treasury, AKA the corporate governor of "The Fund" and "The Bank" (International Monetary Fund, and the International Bank for reconstruction and Development), indicated that the Attorney General and her associates are soliciting and collecting information for foreign principals; the international organizations, corporations, and associations, exemplified by 22 USCA 286f. According to the 1994 US Government Manual, at page 390, the Attorney General is the permanent representative to INTERPOL, and the Secretary of Treasury is the alternate member. Under Article 30 of the INTERPOL constitution, these individuals must expatriate their citizenship. They serve no allegiance to the United States of America. The IRS is paid by "The Fund" and "The Bank." Thus it appears from the documentary evidence that the Internal Revenue Sevice agents are "Agents of a Foreign Principle" within the meaning and intent of the "Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938" for private, not public, gain. The IRS is directed and controlled by the corporate Governor of "The Fund" and "The Bank." The Federal Reserve Bank and the IRS collection agency are both privately owned and operated under private statutes. The IRS operates under public policy, not Constitutional Law, and in the interest of our nations foreign creditors. The Constitution only permits Congress to lay and collect taxes. It does not authorize Congress to delegate the tax collection power to a private corporation, which collects our taxes for a private bank, the Federal Reserve, who then deposits it into the Treasury of the IMF. The IRS is not allowed to state that they collect taxes for the United States Treasury. They only refer to "The Treasury." PC magazine reported that the Clinton Administration lawyers are preparing executive orders to connect ALL private bank accounts and banking cards directly to the IRS, Treasury and Federal Reserve Computers. Going by this year's presidential campaign promises, simply by surviving 65 years I acquire the right to have my prescription drugs paid by younger Americans. That's even if that younger person has less wealth and income than I. Does simply surviving 65 years guarantee me the right to live at the expense of young people? Not quite, according to vice presidential candidate Sen. Joe Lieberman. Lieberman knows his Bible. He said that paying prescription drugs for older Americans is obedience to G-d's law revealed to us by Moses. We must "Honour thy father and mother that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord thy G-d giveth thee." Lieberman forgot to mention, or he doesn't know, that there's no Tooth Fairy or Santa Claus giving the government resources to pay for prescription drugs. That means the only way government can give one American subsidized prescription drugs is to first confiscate the money from some other American. If Rabbi Lieberman just thought about that fact he'd recall another commandment, "Thou shalt not steal." Or, maybe Lieberman thinks what that commandment really means: "Thou shalt not steal unless thou hast a majority vote in Congress." Older Americans who want someone else to pay for prescription drugs ought to give some thought to the mechanism by which the drugs will be provided. That mechanism is revealed by considering the following scenario: Suppose a person disagrees that his earnings should go to pay prescription drugs for some old coots. He refuses to cough up the money to the IRS. What would you have done to him? You say, "The IRS should fine him." Suppose he refuses to pay the fine? You say, "The IRS should take his house." Suppose he refuses to let the IRS take his house? You say, "Send armed agents." Suppose he arms himself to defend his property from government confiscation -- should the government agents then kill him? The mechanism by which we'll get our prescription drugs subsidized is through threats, intimidation and coercion. Let's think about the Ten Commandments again. Do you suppose that while there are biblical proscriptions against theft receiving stolen goods is OK? While there are no biblical admonitions against being a recipient of stolen property, I'd bet the practice doesn't sit right with G-d. Why have older Americans resorted to ripping off the young? The simple answer is we can and we want to. In the political arena, the rule is: dump on people who can't dump back on you. Older Americans vote in large numbers. Younger Americans hardly vote at all. Politicians do whatever gets them elected and re-elected. Becoming 65 next year means I get to live off younger Americans in another way -- Social Security. I'll probably receive all that I ever put into Social Security in five years or so. After that, I get to live off young people. The most conservative estimates predict Social Security disaster in the 2030s. But if older Americans feel threatened by any Social Security proposal that might avert the disaster, why should politicians risk their careers by doing anything? Neither they nor today's older Americans will be around when the disaster arrives, so what do they care? I'm healthy; subsidized prescription drugs won't do me much good. I'd be willing to forego my prescription drugs if Congress would force some young American to mow my lawn. My vote was counted in every presidential election between 1976 and 1996. In the year 2000 I changed my voter registration from one Maryland county to another and my name mysteriously disappeared from the list of registered voters. I recently moved from predominantly black and Democratic Prince George's County to predominantly white and Republican Anne Arundel County. I voted in the Republican primary in Prince George's County and then filed the paperwork to change my voter registration to my new address. Anne Arundel County never got my name on a list and Prince George's County no longer has any record of my registration. At least four other similarly situated Bush voters were also disenfranchised in my precinct alone. We are waiting for Jesse Jackson and his rent-a-mob to drop by so we can all link arms and sing We shall Overcome. The loss of my vote could result from bureaucratic inefficiency. Given the rampant corruption of Maryland state government and the one-party control of that government, fraud is a more plausible explanation. Either way, the system is badly bent. So badly bent that anyone claiming to discern the "will of the people" in the result of a close election should be ashamed of their demagoguery. Which brings me to the unseemly politics of the last week. Contrary to popular belief, we don't have an electoral process that reflects the will of the people, which is probably a good thing. Most of the people don't give a rat's hind end who sits in the White House as long as the cable company delivers good reception. The process by which we choose our leaders has no inherent legitimacy. It is just a game with rules according to which we designate winners and losers. The outcome of the game is only legitimate to the extent that we all agree it should be. With the presidency hanging in the balance and tension rising on all sides it is important to remember this. Political crises generate bad arguments faster than early-bird specials sell out in Fort Lauderdale. Keeping our bearings should help us identify the real clunkers. The worst of the lot is the suggestion that Al Gore's dwindling edge in "the popular vote" nationwide gives him some sort of moral claim to the presidency. We set up a ballot, we cast the votes, we count the votes, the candidate with the most votes wins the electoral votes from each state. The candidate with a majority of the electoral votes wins. That's the game. This year, George W. Bush won the game. If Gore wins a plurality of the nationwide popular vote his supporters will grumble about the will of the people. They started doing so even before all the votes were certified. This grumbling is just the background noise losers typically generate. We will never know who got more valid votes from genuine, living, properly registered, U.S. citizens. My educated guess is that netting out the impact of the grosser forms of voter fraud, Bush won the popular vote by a significant margin. We know, for example, that the Clinton/Gore folks ran the INS as a voter mill for years. I can't establish with mathematical precision the impact of fraud on Democrat vote totals. Our commitment to the rules of the game requires us to accept certified election results as valid. Unfortunately, a certain amount of cheating is part of the game. Democrats want us to accept the rules of the game for purposes of establishing their vote totals but they want everyone to ignore the rules of the game when it comes to determining the significance of those vote totals. They can't have it both ways. Either they accept the rules and the outcomes they generate or they don't. If they don't, we will quickly find ourselves settling political disputes the old- fashioned way -- with violence. If Democrats attack the game selectively they will destroy it and ultimately the tanks will roll. The rules of the game establish that the nationwide vote totals have no significance. The Gore people know this so they are busy trying to steal Florida's electoral votes. By curious coincidence, Democrats feel that "the will of the people" entitles them to win in Florida just as it entitles them to win in the nation. As I write this, they are expressing their feelings in two ways. First, they have requested a recount by hand of ballots in some of the Florida precincts that voted most heavily for Gore. This recount is now underway. If this recount has any impact on the outcome of the presidential race it will be a travesty. Essentially Democrats want the vote in their strongest precincts counted more inclusively than the vote that favors Bush. It isn't clear how this would make the vote more likely to conform with the will of the people. Democrats hope they can convince fallible and probably partisan human beings to include in the final tally votes that machines could not read. Any result based on selective hand counting where most of the vote, and the entire vote in Republican areas, is counted by machine would be patently fraudulent. Nobody will accept the outcome of a game unless the rules are the same for everyone. To recount the entire state by hand would be hugely cumbersome and would certainly introduce much more error than it cured. The best possible tally of the valid votes cast in Florida is already in and George Bush won it. The Democrats' other desperate ploy has to do with a challenge to the ballot in Palm Beach County that, they say, confused some of the poor dears who tried to vote for Gore but just couldn't get it right. Here again, the idea is that the will of the people must prevail. Apparently a judge is now supposed to reconstruct the intent of voters who were too careless, too blind, too senile, or too stupid to express their vote clearly on a ballot. There may have been confusion in Palm Beach County but this cannot justify any relief. There was confusion all over Florida on Election Day and all over the nation. We can't remedy confusion in one case where it hurt Gore without remedying every other case of confusion. Palm Beach County was not the only place where a surprising number of Floridians cast invalid ballots. Much the same thing happened in Duval County, a Bush stronghold. The process is badly flawed, but the sort of flaw the Democrats are complaining about in Palm Beach County is random and tends to balance out. Democrats want a perfect world for their candidate while the other guy struggles with the imperfections of the real world. They will never get that in court. Even if they did, the nation would never accept the court's decision. I, for one, would set about organizing a tax strike if Gore gained the presidency on the strength of such a decision. The challenge to the Palm Beach ballot is a non-starter and Democrats know it. The only possible purpose of that challenge is to make people doubt the legitimacy of Bush's victory. It is, in other words, an attack on the rules of the game. This is part of a very risky scheme. If the Democrats have any decency or shame they will back off. Sadly, the last eight years have clearly demonstrated that decency and shame are in very short supply among Democrats. The game is over and George W. Bush is the president-elect. There are still some overseas absentee ballots to be counted in Florida but given recent history, if those ballots showed a big majority for Gore that majority would be prima facie evidence of fraud. Nothing good can come from disputing the controlling legal authority of an election. The voters have had the last word and it is time for the Democrats to sit down and shut up. Either we play the game by its rules and accept the outcome or we wind up in the jungle. Please, Mr. Gore, come back from the edge. J. They have every right to stay close to home with their families, so I wasn=92t offended even though I was disappointed. I chose the most outspoken, brave members of the community I could think of and invited them to a brainstorming session on what we could do locally and nationally to set things right. Now these are people who I know have recently set foot into the public arena and are quite outspoken. They all deferred because they are worn out with this election flap and know in their hearts and minds that something very sinister and foreboding has reared its head. Al Gore, while proving that he is anything but presidential with his most recent behavior, is not the cause for their concern. He is central to the problem, but he had even less to do with creating it than he did with inventing the Internet. To be sure, he is a product of a privileged class and has opportunities made available to him most of us wouldn=92t dream of. But he is not the enemy we sense creeping and slithering in the shadows. It is the specter of Leftist ideals and the thought of this sickening agenda actually winning in the long run thereby forever diminishing what America is meant to be. Up until now, this has been a creeping fungus that we could see devouring more impoverished, war-torn nations that we occasionally might perform some police or relief action in. It wasn=92t supposed to come here, to attack us in our homes. The sly attack didn=92t start last week or even last year. America has been slipping down the greasy slope of internal decay for at least 30 years. It=92s just that seeing the edge of the abyss rushing up at us is a sight to which we are not accustomed. This =93deer caught in the headlights=94 phenomenon is only sought after by poachers. =93Whatever works to gain power,=94 has been the battle cry of this socio-economic guerrilla warfare that has taken many casualties among us. It is difficult to confront evil directly. We instinctively do not wish to gaze upon its abhorrent visage. The agents of chaos know this very well and use it quite effectively to confound and confuse and conquer us. What they don=92t want you to discover is that once confronted, it is evil that shrinks and scurries for cover. The moment you show any weakness to predatory animals, they attack, but if you stand your ground and don=92t blink, you can usually gain the upper hand. The fight or flight mechanism is a survival tool. It is not cowardly to fear. However, panic is debilitating and usually leads to poor choices. That is exactly what the forces that wish to overthrow this country by destroying our morale and damaging our Constitution are counting on. Anger and frustration are equally easy to manipulate and lead to similar poor decision making capability. Our enemies are counting on that also. But you can channel that emotional porridge into positive action. Fight for what you believe in and do it now. Pay particular attention to any victories you may have helped precipitate of late and congratulate those that cooperated with you to reach your goal. If you got a candidate into office that really needed to be elected, take stock in the effort that brought about the win. Any personal goal attained has as its reward a feeling of satisfaction. Dwell on that for a moment and see if it helps quell that vague worry you=92re having over our future. Do not deny yourself the feeling of accomplishment and integration that participating in freedom brings. You deserve the benefit of your actions that caused the result you desired. Many people are focusing on the divisiveness of the current situation in Florida without realizing the more positive factors that have come to light. We have a near perfect system set up by truly inspired minds over 225 years ago that still continues to guide us in the proper direction, if we will only listen to it. The maps that show the county by county votes in this election prove that the electoral college, no matter how arcane and confusing, is necessary to insure that a few powerful individuals cannot control a the major population centers and thereby exercise tyrannical control over the rest of us. The hair splitting finality of the vote counting mechanism will eventually determine the proper course of action. Consider the thoughts of Thomas Jefferson on the matter: "If a Nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be . . . If we are to guard against ignorance and remain free, it is the responsibility of every American to be informed." And "An elected despotism is not the government we fought for." I find it quite ironic that the Democrats were smugly predicting a situation in which George Bush might win the popular vote and Al Gore would win the electoral vote just the week before the election, stating that we should prepare ourselves to accept that outcome. But now that the exact opposite seems to be true, the sincerity has gone out of that party balloon rather markedly. Isn=92t it curious that Al Gore spent the last available moments of his campaign wooing the voters in Florida? In fact, the way the campaign was conducted it appears in retrospect that their efforts were focused on exactly the right socio-economic target groups in all areas of the country and no energy was expended on areas unlikely to produce sufficient electoral votes. It was so well conceived that it would have taken direct polling of every American in intricate detail and then unlimited access to throngs of statisticians and veritable armies of data gathering drones to describe and decipher the entire populace. No one has access to that kind of data on command. It just couldn=92t be done over a short period of time just before the elections, so that the data was current and as up to date as possible. It would require the authority to demand the information and that would be hard to come by since most people would reject to that sort of intrusion. Many would refuse, and rightfully so, to being openly manipulated like that. What campaign has the funding and manpower to create their own Census Bureau? Besides that, the head count demanded by the Constitution wouldn=92t produce the kind of data necessary to exert such finite control. It would have to be expanded to ridiculous lengths and then hurried through at record pace to serve that purpose. It=92s a moot point anyway, because you wouldn=92t be able to get the entir= e country to fall for such a transparent ruse. That just couldn=92t happen, not in America. So, cheer up! Your new prime minister (The rt. hon. Tony Blair, MP for the 97.85% of you who have until now been unaware that there is a world outside your borders) will appoint a minister for America without the need for further elections. Congress and the Senate will be disbanded. A questionnaire will be circulated next year to determine whether any of you noticed. To aid in the transition to a British Crown Dependency, the following rules are introduced with immediate effect: 1. You should look up "revocation" in the Oxford English Dictionary. Then look up "aluminium". Check the pronunciation guide. You will be amazed at just how wrongly you have been pronouncing it. Generally, you should raise your vocabulary to acceptable levels. Look up "vocabulary". Using the same twenty seven words interspersed with filler noises such as "like" and "you know" is an unacceptable and inefficient form of communication. Look up "interspersed". 2. There is no such thing as "US English". We will let Microsoft know on your behalf. 3. You should learn to distinguish the English and Australian accents. It really isn't that hard. 4. Hollywood will be required occasionally to cast English actors as the good guys. 5. You should relearn your original national anthem, "God Save The Queen", but only after fully carrying out task 1. We would not want you to get confused and give up half way through. 6. You should stop playing American "football". There is only one kind of football. What you refer to as American "football" is not a very good game. The 2.15% of you who are aware that there is a world outside your borders may have noticed that no one else plays "American" football. You will no longer be allowed to play it, and should instead play proper football. Initially, it would be best if you played with the girls. It is a difficult game. Those of you brave enough will, in time, be allowed to play rugby (which is similar to American "football", but does not involve stopping for a rest every twenty seconds or wearing full kevlar body armour like nancies). We are hoping to get together at least a US rugby sevens side by 2005. 7. You should declare war on Quebec and France, using nuclear weapons if they give you any merde. The 98.85% of you who were not aware that there is a world outside your borders should count yourselves lucky. The Russians have never been the bad guys. "Merde" is French for "shit". 8. July 4th is no longer a public holiday. November 8th will be a new national holiday, but only in England. It will be called "Indecisive Day". 9. All American cars are hereby banned. They are crap and it is for your own good. When we show you German cars, you will understand what we mean. 10. Please tell us who killed JFK. It's been driving us crazy. Thank you for your cooperation. A few notes from Chairman Nils: "Football" is a term that implies the primary use of feet to play (other than for mere locomotion). Thus, only what is collquially known as "soccer" will qualify. The current British AND American forms will be lumped together with Pro Wrestling, where they belong. "Merde" is a short form of "Mort de Dieu" (see e.g. "The Three Musqueteers"), and is thus profane, probably blasphemous and possibly heretical, but NOT scatological, as the writer would have you believe. The metal "Al", should, regardless of spelling, be used with great discretion. Ask the British Navy. This time it was over ammunition. by Angel Shamaya Director, KeepAndBearArms.com 15 November 2000 http://www.keepandbeararms.com/newsarchives/XcNewsPlus.asp?cmd=view&articleid= 914 Jerry Michel of Specialty Firearms in Mesa, Arizona was raided on October 25. As the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms was stealing 274 guns valuing over $300,000, he was told he'd failed to secure a $100 "pawn permit." After looking over the Statement of Probable Cause he and I picked up at the federal courthouse in downtown Phoenix, we discovered that they'd also accused him of conducting strawman sales, as well. (A strawman sale is a sale in which a buyer purchases a firearm and makes it known to the licensed dealer that the gun is actually being purchased by another person.) Such a sale, says Mr. Michel, never happened in his shop. Ever. The BATF -- Stomper of Liberty and Strangler of Freedom and the Constitution -- behaved in very unAmerican ways on that day. You can read the original report and the follow-up report on KeepAndBearArms.com. (Links below) And now the "taxing agency" who has killed and imprisoned quite a few people over technical gun violations has raided this man -- a man who heretofore had not even a parking ticket to his name -- a second time. This event took place on Friday, 10 Nov 2000. Jerry dropped by his ransacked store to take care of some very brief business Monday afternoon. Though he has felt uncomfortable being in his store since he was first assaulted, handcuffed, interrogated, lied to and about and after being forced to watch 30 or so armed "men" steal his life's gun collection, he stopped by the store anyway. He went in, locked the door and proceeded to the back of the store. Within a minute or two, the police began pounding on the door, saying, "Open up! Police!" Within moments, Jerry was whisked outside, frisked in front of his store and taken inside, all the while befuddled as to what these folks were doing -- and why. In a word: ammunition. Yes, ammunition. Jerry Michel was accused of manufacturing ammunition for resale without a license. The BATF confiscated - -- this past Friday afternoon -- approximately 30,000+ rounds of ammunition, kegs of powder, cases of bullets in various calibers, primers, shell casings, etc. etc. -- ammo stuff. Jerry guesses the value of everything these agents stole from him to be approximately $30,000. Funny thing is, Jerry doesn't sell the ammo he reloads from scratch. Never has. The only reloads he sells are those he purchases in quantities from licensed ammunition manufacturers. That was Jerry's personal ammo, for personal use. One of the 8 BATF agents who committed this latest assault against Jerry Michel told him he doubted that Jerry could possibly have so much ammunition for personal consumption. When Jerry explained that he sometimes shoots 10,000 rounds in a month's time, he was talking to a wall -- a wall who doesn't understand that some people shoot up as much ammunition as they can afford, simply because they enjoy shooting. To illustrate just how ridiculous this latest assault against good-natured Jerry is, I tell you the following, and I urge you to read it twice: The BATF confiscated 15,000 rounds of reloads Jerry recently purchased, directly from a friend who works at Dillon Precision. (We are fortunate enough to have Dillon's here locally, so it's a quick jaunt over to see Mike Dillon and company to get all kinds of reloading supplies and equipment.) This ammo was in army cans in the back of the store -- in the area Jerry has for two years considered his home...his living quarters. This rogue agency also confiscated (stole, swiped, transferred ownership unlawfully, absconded with, snagged, robbed, took without remuneration) reloads that Jerry has had in his possession dating as far back as 1974. You read that correctly. No, he wasn't arrested this time either. (In case you missed the previous reports, the first BATF assault on Jerry Michel -- which followed an 8 month investigation that involved at least 5 undercover (as in, imposter) agents -- never resulted in an arrest, or any charges. The same holds true in this latest harassment. You getting this? The scumbags (bags filled with scum) did it over AMMO. John Arbon of CPHV.com and longtime friend of Jerry Michel called the BATF the other day to find out when they'd be returning Jerry's stolen property. Many of those 274 guns are owned by Jerry's friends -- and his customers -- and a great many of them are a part of his own personal collection, as well. They told him they'd be keeping them for 6 months to a year, "as evidence." No more "evidence" is required to understand who the BATF is. They are the modern day Nazis. They are the henchmen of the 21st century doing the bidding of tyrants. They are enemies of our beloved nation, and they are stepping up their efforts to eliminate gun dealers in a very calculated and systematic methodology that looks very much like targeted eradication. Since Jerry's first raid on October 25th, two more raids have happened in Arizona, and God knows how many have happened elsewhere. We haven't been able to make contact with the recently-raided Arizona dealer, or with the Arizona citizen who was charged with "trading without a license", but we'd like to help them -- ASAP. Any information you have about their situations, please post it in our online user-publication form here: http://www.keepandbeararms.com/newsarchives/XcNPAdd.asp I know quite a few people who reload ammunition for their friends. In fact, I give my empties to friends from time to time to have them reload for me, as well. I buy reloaded ammunition from people who don't have this fancy "ammunition manufacturing license." Judging by this latest BATF farce, my friends and I must be engaging in some "illegal" ammunition dealing... so is BATF going to come and get me now? Are they going to swing by my house, kick my door in, and come and cuff me to a chair while they steal MY stuff? Are they going to bring their unregistered, unregulated, fully automatic HK-MP5's -- any time they please -- to assault me for buying reloaded ammunition? If so, it is recommended that they knock first. My private property is my domain. If someone comes into my home uninvited, they are -- according to state "lethal force" laws - -- instantly shootable. What really amazes me is this: since our first report and our follow-up report, and since Neal Knox's writeup on the assault against Jerry Michel, Jerry has received a whopping $65 for his legal defense. Sixty-five dollars. Bizarre. I know guys who shoot up more than $65 worth of ammo in one day -- in the same town where Jerry is being taken on a one-way ride to Gun Owner Hell. If everyone who reads this report would send Jerry $1 or $2, he'd have enough to cover the first phase of the legal proceedings just fine. If you happen to have a dollar bill in your back pocket, trust me; it's better invested on behalf of Jerry Michel than on the extra few rounds at the range this week.
