Installing or Replacing TCP/IP in Windows 95/98 Key/Legend To This Document: [] = Buttons, tabs, or actual wording "" = Information to be typed into INPUT fields * = Very important step or note ---------------------------------------------- 1) Click [Start], go to [Settings], and select [Control Panel]. 2) Double-click on [Network]. *NOTE: If you see [TCP/IP] (may also say [TCP/IP -> Dial-up Adapter]), you will need to click once on [TCP/IP] and then click [Remove]. 3) Click [Add]. 4) Select [Protocol]. 5) Click [Add]. 6) On the left, below [Manufacturers:], select [Microsoft]. 7) On the right, below [Network Protocols:], select [TCP/IP]. 8) Click [OK], then [OK] again. *Note: You may be prompted to insert your Win95/98 disk(s). 9) When prompted to restart, click [Yes].
