From what I could get from the operators online, we were juped *again* for routing problems. I can understand that, but there was no consious effort to ever try to relink us. They mentioned there was an attempt to email us about it, if there is such an email, can I be forwarded a copy? Thanx. The owners of dragon.dreamhaven.org, and the staff of xmission have condemmed DALnet as an unacceptable IRC network, it causes stress to the operators, and even more stress on the machine, and network. After discussing alternatives with the owner of xmission, this machine is now linked to galaxynet. I realize this is a rapid change, but I think we can work though it. I wish Cyan was here during this mess, but at least when he reads this, he'll know it wasn't AK who got us delinked. :> I hope to have alot of feedback on this, I certainly didn't plan on going out like this, and I am sure there is alot of confusion. I hope those of you that wish to stay with DALnet, can find other alternatives, you have been nothing but an asset to dragon. I am sure Cyan abd Catlin can back me up on this statement. :> More to come.. as I think it up, or as responses occur.
