I bought myself a late Chrissy present a few weeks back....a Sony home theatre amp. It's fantastic! I've been listening to all my CD's in surround, the results are quite impressive. The music just fills the room and moves all around you (but hey, that IS the general idea of surround :) Especially the version of Assassin on Live'93. That wicked sound at the start of the track swirls all around the room.....VERY effective! Also, FSOL's ISDN and Life Forms would have to be the best CD's I've heard. Does anyone know if ISDN was in surround? It really does sound amazing.
