The best part about the Orb's humor is that if you're not paying attention it'll just be trippy and fit in with the music, but one day I'll be listening to something and realize what's going on and the fact that I'd missed it so long may be laugh-out-loud funny upon realization and smirk-inducing every subsequent listen. Some news: I am going to install some new HDs this coming week into mocker so uploads will resume soon. I had to learn about ccd in FreeBSD (thanks to ben in #network of ef!) so that I could mount the multiple drives to one mount point. Flat Eric is a character from the marketing department of Levi Strauss, UK promoting "Sta-Prest" jeans (jeans have a permanent center crease). He looks like a U.S. sports team mascot. In other words, because a record makes the #1 spot on the charts, does NOT mean that anyone is even purchasing said particular record.... It's all a scam, nothing more.... Didn't someone say something a while back that it's also partly based on the number of records SHIPPED, *not* SOLD...? What I've heard is that the people who compile the charts decide what is and what is not eligible for the charts by classification - in other words they decide what is and is not 'pop' music. I have a sneaky feeling these said people are very close to, if not actually those people who market 'pop' music. What conspiracy? Should get Mulder and Scully to take a look at that one eh? -~'`'~,.,~'`'~,.,~'`'~,.,~'`'~,.,~'`'~,.,~'`'~,.,~'`'~- | Ed Blackshaw, School of Chemistry | ( Organic Section ) ) University of Bristol ( ( Tel.
