(I tried posting this a few weeks ago, but it doesn't look like it made it, so I'll try again) I came across a Japanese pop CD a few weeks ago by a group I think was called The Alfee. The title of the album was "Orb" (but with an umlaut - two dots - - over the O). I picked it up & noticed that it came with a bonus CD3 w/ three tracks, all of which had "orb version" in parentheses after them. I had wondered whether they were Orb remixes, but doubted it since I don't recall seeing tracks w/ the same title on the full length CD itself & didn't see any other remixers or any reference to The Orb on the cover. 'Fraid not ... No music credits to LX et al., just label duties. (Which apparently didn't go all that well, really.) The music is by Kevin Hector and Tara Patterson (no relation), who still record as Autocreation, and Mark Van Hoen, who records as Locust for R&S/Apollo and under his own name on Touch and Apollo. For details, check the page at my Mark Van Hoen site! http://www.a-toi.com/locust/gallery/mettle.html It's quite a good album if you're into that kind of thing, but unfortunately quite out of print at the moment.
