We hate rules, but unfortunately, they're a necessary part of life. So we're
keeping ours short and simple. Basically just use common sense and play
nice!

Keep posts on topic.

Absolutely no flaming!

Please don't quote an entire post only to respond to a few lines. Only quote
what is necessary.

Rules concerning Spoilers If you get advance information on a new episode,
or see an episode earlier than the national viewing time, and you want to
post about it, YOU MUST do the following:

**Mark the post as a "spoiler" in the subject header.

**DO NOT give away the spoiler in the subject header--be vague!

**Leave about twelve lines at the top of the post. Don't leave them blank or
with periods/dashes-- some mailers think the message is over and will cut it
off. Use non-spoiler info or do something like this:

For the required number of lines, of course.

This ensures that anyone who doesn't like knowing about an episode ahead of
time is "protected." The blank space is for people whose mailers
automatically open up the next piece of mail, without giving them a chance

viewing time, which is currently set at 9 p.m. Wednesdays, Eastern Standard

I became a member of this list two days ago, so I'm chiming in for the first
time. From what I was told, there aren't that many member to this list,
which is very surprising to me. Anyways, did anyone catch "Max" as a
presenter on The Espy's(on ESPN) last night. I'm not sure if it was a repeat
or not.

Nasedo, the "fourth alien," who we may have seen at the end of the last
episode, looks to be more of a grown-up than our three teenage aliens.

I think you're right -- it appears to be a 30-40ish year old male, judging
by the outline and the hand.

A couple of things about Nasedo seem clear to me;

1)  He has fear. Obviously he doesn't want anyone to know he's searching
    for our gang, since he burned the picture, and;

2)  We know that the aliens have the ability to 'shape shift'
    themselves into other forms. It is possible that whoever
    Nasedo is, he could present himself as someone the
    audience will always least suspect (and of course,
    out-run the law on the show).

The question is, who is Nasedo and can he help our gang, or is he just a
murderer?

Hey Shay;

Welp, remember Hubble? He was adamant about Max being the same person who
killed his wife back in '70. He said something to the effect that he knew
they could shape shift into other faces. Plus, this makes sense considering
that our gang is human and not looking like whatever their own species look
like.

I think is likely that our gang also still has this ability to do this at
will, but just have forgotten or have not learned how to do as such (or
perhaps don't have the technology at their disposal).

        Hello my name is Casandra. I am new to the list.

        But I think Nasedo was Liz's date.. You know the young man. I just
watched how he looked at Liz and the was he was so smart and the way he
acted.. I know if seems not likely that he is Nasedo. But I just wanted to
see what you guys thought. But He also spoke of either where he studied or
worked on lost languages of the past... And how he just wanted to have a
normal date... Also didn't he have a long jacket? Well Nasedo did to if you
watch the part where he is walking away as the picture burns. Did you notice
the way his hair was fixed in the shadows.. I know I am most likely wrong
but I thought I would give it a try...  Tell me what do you think about
Liz's date do you think he could be Nasedo???

know because he may try to prove to the goverment who and what the gang is
and that could be dangerous for Michael, Max and Isabel...  One way or the
other the gang will be watched and could get hurt if they are not
careful....  It is more of a borderline make up your mide either way kinda
thing....

In The UFO Convention, Max seemed *surprized* when he *willed/pushed* the 
gun away from Hubble (i think that is his name). That would make sense then, 
that do not *know* their full powers, so perhaps they can take on other 
appearances.

Perhaps, even, they supressed a lot of their powers as to protect 
themselves.

Funny you say that you especially like Max and Alex. I noticed on a couple

Subject: [roswell] Independence Day

It's an amazing thing, when each episode of the series gets better and
better. Clearly this was the most powerful episode of the season.

I started off with the show thinking, 'Why can't Michael heal himself? He
healed Riverdog.' But I suppose when their emotions or concentration is
strained, they're unable to perform their supernatural abilities.

Independence Day also touched upon couple of common issues, such as teen
sex, alcoholism and familial abuse. I also kept waiting for Michael to admit
to the Evans' family about how they've known each other since the desert,
but I guess they'll continue to keep that a part of their secret.

Naturally, to become emancipated requires more time that what seemed on
television, but I guess we're to assume the necessary amount of time went by
from one scene to the other.

And finally, we meet Nasedo, as we were talking earlier about on the list.
Now we're given an indication that these people are being killed in defense
or protection of our trio. Still too early to say whether he's good or bad.

Of course, I'm curious to hear what you all think, and what your favorite
moments were.

then the last thing after the show i heard was ,"Two weeks untill a New 
Episode."

  I think i screamed really loud cause I did not know about that..  Luckily i 
was in my dad's music room (in the garage).  I was afraid that i woke my 
parents up ! LOL.  Doesn't this suck. RERUNS oh well.  Atleast they aren't 
stopping roswell huh?  and it gives me and Dan time to work on OUR site.  BUT 
HEY.  I LOVE New EP.  Hey can they do that to us?  LOL

I just loved "This is your brain on Max!"..I know I am obsessed with
that..but funny quotes are awesome. I loved Mike and Maria..and could see a
future Is/Mike thing...hopefully not..but i can see it happening. I missed

comforting Max was way too short..but very needed.
