I found many customers like the cats eyes so have stocked them but I use more of the 1 x 1" squares now. I sell more of those and they do seem to have more ink in them. The four corners are so nice too. They seem easier to work with too. I have some squares with four colors and each of the corners works well. I use the edges of the cats eyes for backgrounds and embossing to make different outlines on black papers and these make up very well. I use them to make long lines or edges and emboss those also and they give a different effect. I think we do tend to expect a lot from these little critters. Home of the remarkable papers. - - ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 20 Jan 1998 16:23:01 EST From: stampznstuff@juno.com Subject: RubberTown: sticker packs.comm I am digging out too. My stickers are a bit different but can be used for scrapbooking also - I have sets of cats, teddy bears, sea critters and glow in the dark aliens. I have loose round, stickers of ocean critters including:octopus, turtle, angel fish, seahorse, ? kind of fish, & shark. These are 1.5" round, have blue -green water backgrounds, and a hologram type background. These are exceptionally pretty and are very sticky. The sets of sea critter stickers are also a hologram type background (silver), very colorful and lifelike. There are four sets in the series - one set contains dolphins, seal, sharks, & whales. Other sets include, tiger shark, whales, dolphins, walrus and needle nose dolphin. There are many different species in these sets. Another set is full of gold edged, colorful and fun to use. They contain seahorse, sponge, octopus, starfishes, crab, seal, fish, sting ray, swordfish, dolphins, sea weeds and octopus which is skinny, not your known one. These are really pretty and not found just anywhere. There are 4 sets of cats and contain four different cats with green eyes, on the top of the set. (hard to describe but very different). The other smaller cats are more cartoon kitties in silver hologram backgrounds. The large cat looks like a real cat, not a cartoon, and are so gorgeous. The cartoon kitties are all in different poses and have gray, yellow and brown tigers, siamese, yellow cat, some playing with butterflies, one holding rose, one kitten in a laundry basket. Many different k inds and poses. The next set is four of teddy bear. These are a bit cartoony, large bear (top bear) is sliding down rainbow, and smaller bears in different poses. One in spa suit jumping rope, two bears together, others with umbrella, smelling rose, small bear in top hat with cupcake in hand. Another set, has bear at birthday party, one sitting next to a trombone, one on skateboard, skates, in chair with barbell, one on drum, etc. Some of these have those different, almost iridescent eyes also. The other set is of glow in the dark aliens. They really do glow in the dark, and you should my store at night with these stickers and my glow in the dark eps. There are 6 sets of these. One has earphones, etc., another is a love or valentine set, another is a space ship and other on it. One is the alien doing all kinds of fun things, dancing, carrying a football, in a clown outfit, another set he is reading music, listening to music, in a barrel, on a motor scooter and another he is playing a guitar, point his index finger with the e.t. type look, etc. There is a girl alien in one set and he and she in another. Mainly boy alien tho. These are so much fun to work with. A pkg. of one each of these would retail for over 25.00 but I will make up sets of one of each for 18.00 and will incl. sh/h. I have a few sets of zoo critters, iridescent and colored stickers and one set free to first 6 who buy the sets. Others I will include papers or eps. Marge @ Stampz 'N Stuff in Ocean Springs, MS. Have you seen the ads from Tsukineko about their new metallic pigment inks. These inks are gorgeous!! And they are different from other pigment inks. They are quicker drying so that you don't have to emboss if you don't want to. The ink is Acid-free and Fade-resistant, so it's great for scrapbooking. These metallic inks come in a larger pad with a stackable container. They come in six spectacular colors -- pink, purple, blue, green, gold, and silver. These inks are not available in stores yet, but I have an order in so that I get the pads as soon as they become available....which should be before the end of the month. The ink pads will regularly sell for $8.50. If you place your order with me and send in your payment before Jan. 31st, I will give you the following discounts: $1 off the first pad you order another $1.25 off the second pad another $1.50 off the third pad another $1.75 off the fourth pad another $2.00 off the fifth pad Or, buy all 6 for only $40!! Since the pads are light, shipping is minimal. Please add the following for shipping: $1.00 for the first pad and 50 cents for each additional pad, but no more than $3.00. Case" Subject: RubberTown: Received TRIBE Package WOW! WOW! WOW! What a fantastic January Tribe Package. You really outdid yourself this time Tribe Buddy! This is what I got in this great box: - - A Mostly Animals Catalog. I had just answered the post yesterday about the extra one available and it was gone already, now I know why. This is a really neat company, just love the details. great choice. - - An Art Impressions Catalog, love those cat front and back stamps, will have to order some. - - A cat stamp from Write Impressions (from my state even). What a cutey. A Cat stamp set from Hero Arts. Love this set, have drooled over it many times. Can't wait to use these. - - A set of white heart shaped doilies. I was just looking at some of these today! - - 3 laminated bookmarks, that I think she printed on her computer. - - A large stack of wallpaper sheets, to use for background papers. these are cool. - - A packet of rose bath grains, mmm, this smells good. - - A cross stitich patternn book of cats. You did well, I don't have this one and a few of the cats look like mine. I was really tickled with this. You really read my questionaire closely. - -The best thing was the cat punch. It is the sitting cat one and I have the arched back one and was just thinking I should get more so I can do my own kitty confetti. Do you read minds? I am delighted with this. - - Then she sent me the nicest card, layered and corner punched and the embossed saying handmade just for you with love and telling me how much fun she is having finding gifts for me. You have been way too generous, I feel so spoiled. But, oh was it fun to open. Thank you so much Tribe buddy, you are awesome!
