Happy Stampin New Year 1998 !! Still room for lots more players! Come and join us! This is my favorite monthly swap cuz it is so easy! Plus you get to see and collect a lot of the images that are out there........great for newbies especially! PROCEDURES: **Send ten (10)** cards 5-1/2 x 8-1/2 inch cards (half sheet of cardstock). Don't fold! Include an ADDRESS LABEL (SAML) for me to use to return the cards. **Send $1.00 for mailing the cards back** DON'T COLOR. Use WHITE - can be glossy or matte. Stamp in black ink that won't smear if colored with markers, or you can emboss. Tip: Vivid! or Outliners ink pads work great! EXCEPTION: Verses are ok in color - they seem to look better If you want to do different images on the cards instead of all the same, that is fine. Please include stamp credits. Put your name and e-mail addy on the back of each card. All cards must be postmarked by the last day of each month. Stamp things that will be EASY to cut out. Remember you will have to cut out what you get back to use to make your own cards. My address is: Eva J. The only exception is if you do a large stamp that can only fit a couple of times on the card, then the card can be cut in half and used like a mat. For example, a floral image from PSX is usually large, so just stamp the image twice on one card and the card could easily be cut in half. ** Procedures** Send TEN cards Send ONE DOLLAR + SAML Due in mail by end of each month. Frustrating when you want to know that they're pleased and especially when it is hand made custom merchandise, but facts is facts. That's how it is. Unless they come back to you, just assume the merchandise arrived and it was acceptable. - --Chris McEwen reply to: Socrates Press socrates@sprintmail.com - -----Original Message----- From: Rustamping Subject: RS: sent out 40 stencils on Mon...did any of you get them pls advise >I sent over 40 stencils out on Monday...only one person responded...did >you guys get them? thanks Kathie - - ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 27 Feb 1998 09:06:03 EST From: FranRShaw Subject: RubberTown: AD: Petal Paper (1 week left!) I will be making another trip to Portland on Saturday, March 7th. That means I can get more PETAL PAPER for those of you who missed out last time (or if you want more!) WHAT IS IT? This is 9 pt. cardstock and matching text weight paper with REAL flower petals. The base color of the cardstock/paper is a soft white, and the dried flower petals are mostly pinks, blues, and mauves. There are 2 types... each available in cardstock weight AND text weight. Both are smooth finish (no bumps) so you can stamp, or write on them with ease. #1 - "Lots of Petals" - this one has lots of tiny petals throughout, the petals are more broken up, and denser... #2 - "Sparce Petals" - this one has fewer petals, and they are more spread out.... not such a heavy feeling..., but the petals are bigger and more colorful. HOW MUCH IS IT? "Lots of Petals" in CARDSTOCK WEIGHT - 10 sheets/$7.50 "Lots of Petals" in TEXT WEIGHT paper - 10 sheets/$3.50 "Sparce Petals" in CARDSTOCK WEIGHT - 10 sheets/$7.50 "Sparce Petals" in TEXT WEIGHT paper - 10 sheets/$3.50 BONUS - Order 1 package of each and receive 10 sheets of Royal Fiber Periwinkle, which compliments the colors in the petals so well!! **FREE!!!! :-) US Shipping: $3 for up to 100 sheets Foreign shipping: Please ask WHEN WILL I SHIP? I will be shipping these on Monday March 9th. I would like most of the monies to be here before I go pick these up (these are quite pricey, so I will only be buying what I have orders for.) Please e-mail me to reserve yours and I will send confirmation. Send check or MO to Fran Robertshaw, 2682 Beverly Dr., Medford, OR 97504. As an opening business special (which is good through February 28) I would like to offer a grab bag of 75 sheets of 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock for just $10.00 which includes priority shipping within the United States. Add $3.95 for delivery to Canada, Great Britain and Germany. Add $5.95 for delivery to Australia and New Zealand. (If you have questions about delivery to any other country I would be happy to let you know what the cost would be.) This is truly beautiful cardstock. The grab bag includes four different neutrals (perfect for Easter or Spring cards). Included are white embossed leather, pebblestone, oyster flecks, and cottonwood. All of these are textured or have flecks or specks of a variety of neutral colors throughout the cardstock. These are not plain ho-hum papers - they are all quite beautiful. All are 80 lb. cardstock except the pebblestone which is 65 lb. I know that you will be taking a leap of faith by placing an order with me since I am a new vendor. That is why I am offering such a special price on this paper. All I ask is that you please give me a chance to show you what a wonderful vendor I will be for you. This introductory offer is good through February 28. Payment does not have to be received by the 28th. Remember the grab bags are just $10.00 per 75 sheet grab bag including priority shipping! To order a grab bag (or two!) for yourself or your Tribe Buddy or as a RAK e-mail barbara@kans.com or mail check or money order to: Creative Images 1112 Neosho Burlington KS 66839 I can accept Discover Card and am working on being able to accept Visa and MasterCard but the paperwork is not done being processed at the bank - lots of red tape! Thank you in advance to all of you who are taking that leap of faith and placing an order with me. It will be remembered and appreciated.
