We've had quite a few new subscribers lately; welcome!  Things are kind 
of quiet on the list right now; I suspect most of us are looking forward 
to warmer weather and more outdoor activities.

I've tried to collect links to other good outdoors resources, and would 
appreciate any other pointers you're aware of.  I also included some 
descriptions of hikes from previous contributions to the Novell Outdoors 
list.  If anyone would like to share a description of a favorite hike, 
backpack, or any other outdoor attraction - PLEASE DO!
